Pete considers his crowning achievement surviving his youth. After a

reckless start which included numerous run-ins with the law, he switched

tracks with a Marine Corps scholarship to the University of Southern

 California.

A retired Colonel, he has commanded an infantry platoon, company, and

battalion, and has been the senior U.S. adviser to an Iraqi Army brigade, for which he was awarded the Bronze Star. He successfully integrated 120 former insurgents into the brigade, who were instrumental in turning the tide in al Anbar province when the unit later deployed along the Syrian border.

As Project Manager, Pete pioneered a concept unprecedented in the Arab world: instructing female Arab soldiers in a Parachute Rigger Program for the United Arab Emirates Special Operations Command.

He’s taught numerous college courses in leadership, communication, conflict management and the psychology of occupational stress.

From the Arctic Circle to Afghanistan to developing a prison boot camp program, Pete has had numerous adventures in harsh places with challenging people and, as a result, developed a unique perspective on the world.

He challenges people to think beyond their limitations and inspires them to get the most out of life by getting the most out of themselves.

Pete's presentations include:

Your Money or Your L.I.F.E.!

A provocative look at four key areas of our lives and how compromise in any one can sabotage success and happiness.

 Leadership

 Integrity

 Freedom

 Enlightenment

Times are Tough, But You’re Tougher!

Pete shares his expertise on how you can survive these difficult times with career strategies, a resilient attitude that rolls with the punches, and a blueprint for being in the business of happiness through positive psychology.

Stress for Success:

Peak performance is directly related to the amount of stress in our lives. The "Fight or Flight" response is a survival mechanism, but too much or too little of its performance enhancing chemicals can be harmful, and even lead to death. Achieving "flow" through balance, and understanding the Stress Theory Model can put you at the top of your game.
